A very tasty desert, easy to make.
Using the ingredients below, you will get a lot of portions.
- 400 g mascarpone cheese (or 2 x 250 g)
- half a glass of sugar
- 4 eggs
- a pack of vanilla sugar (32 g)
- lemon juice
- 4 spoons of alcohol (vodka is ok, but if you have Advocat, or Amaretto)
- 250 g sponge cake (the amount needed depends on the size of the form)
- a cup of cold coffee
- a dab of salt
- a couple of spoons of cocoa
- Grind the egg yolks with sugar - until the mass turns white.
- Blend the above with cheese; add alcohol and lemon juice.
- Froth egg whites, adding some salt (so that frothing goes better).
Mix this with the above to make uniform creme.
- Put the sponge cake on the bottom of the form;
soak with a solution of coffee and alcohol.
Put half of the creme on the sponge cake.
Next, another layer of sponge cake; cover this with the rest of the creme.
Powder everything generously with cocoa through a sieve.
- Put the cake into a refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours,
better - for the night.
