Pound Cake
A light, delicious cake; this recipe is my father's. When he makes it, it's just super!

Ingredients
  • butter (about 200-250 g)
  • 3/4 glass of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 spoons of wheat flour
  • 4 spoons of potato flour
  • a flat small spoon of baking powder
  • something on top: icing, glaze, icing sugar
Directions
  1. Melt butter in a pot.
  2. Froth whole eggs with sugar until a fluffy foam forms (several minutes).
  3. Add both kinds of flour to the dough; and baking powder.
    Mix. Add hot butter. Mix some more.
  4. Pour the dough into a buttered form.
    Bake on a small flame for an hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Add icing (may be lemon, for instance) when it cools.
    Or add icing sugar when it's still warm.
