Classic Sponge Cake
A classic sponge cake recipe from my Mother. The ingredients below are right for a mid-sized springform pan.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1.5 glasses of wheat / cake flour
  • some baking powder
Directions
  1. Whip whole eggs with sugar till they're white.
  2. Add flour and baking powder. Stir.
  3. Bake in an oven for about 45 minutes in 180 Centigrade until the cake turns golden brown.
