Creme Brulee
A fantastic dessert, not really hard to prepare (at least it seems so). But it didn't come out right on my first try... Below you'll find the recipe - I already tried it three times - it works!

And the first time I ate it was in France, during one of our caving excursions.

From the remaining egg whites, you can prepare a meringue roll or meringue cookies.

Ingredients
  • 500 ml sweet cream 36% fat
  • 6 egg yolks
  • vanilla pod
  • 2 spoons of white sugar
  • vanilla sugar - 16 g
  • sugar for caramel (brown, for instance) - 5 spoons
Directions

Err... haven't translated this yet...
Check out the Polish version.
