Quince Liqueur |

Great liqueur - quince vodka!
Like many good things, you will need to be very patient, as this vodka needs at least 6 months to mature and will only improve with age.
Photo presents freshly poured young liqueur into bottles. I happen to drink 10 yo one - with deep colour, and fantastic mature taste. Worth waiting for!
- quince fruits
- caster suger (1kg per 1kg of prepared fruits)
- spirit or vodka
- Wash, core and chop fruits (no need for peeling, thank you very much!)
- Cover with suger and wait 7-10 days. Mix from time to time until suger dissolve.
- Add spirit (1 : 2 water)
Or vodka (1:1), and power up with spirit, if you prefer. Allow to rest for 2 weeks. (In closed glass jar)
- Strain and pour to bottles. Rest for minimum 6 months.
After the initial maturing phase, allow to age further.
