Raspberry Liqueur
Raspberry vodka - a classic home made liqueur.



Ingredients
  • raspberries, cleaned
  • caster suger (1kg per 1kg of prepared fruits)
  • spirit or vodka
Directions
  1. Prepare raspberries, I'm not washing them, just discard bad fruits and leaves or something. Make a note of their weight.
  2. In a jar cover with suger
  3. Cover with gauze, and wait few weeks untill juice lightly ferment. Mix from time to time until suger dissolve.
  4. Add spirit (0.5L for 1kg fruits) or vodka (1:1), and power up with spirit, if you prefer. Allow to rest for 6 weeks. (In closed glass jar)
  5. Strain well and pour to bottles. Rest for minimum 6 months.
