Raspberry Liqueur |

Raspberry vodka - a classic home made liqueur.
- raspberries, cleaned
- caster suger (1kg per 1kg of prepared fruits)
- spirit or vodka
- Prepare raspberries, I'm not washing them, just discard bad fruits and leaves or something. Make a note of their weight.
- In a jar cover with suger
- Cover with gauze, and wait few weeks untill juice lightly ferment. Mix from time to time until suger dissolve.
- Add spirit (0.5L for 1kg fruits) or vodka (1:1), and power up with spirit, if you prefer. Allow to rest for 6 weeks. (In closed glass jar)
- Strain well and pour to bottles. Rest for minimum 6 months.
