Fried Prawn Salad with Garlic and Chili |

A great salad I got inspriration from net.
With fresh salad greens, here with avocado, tomato, and grapefruit.
Served cold.
- 200g prawns (raw, pre-cooked or frozen; coctail size or king size - really depends on your taste and budget)
- 1 avocado peeled and cut in half-slices
- tomatoe: skinless, chopped with seeds discarded
- half of grapefruit - peeled and cut into segments
- handful of green leaves - I got iceberg lettuce and rucola
- for sauce: 2 small or 1 bigger garlic clove - chopped, salt,
half of spoon of dry chili, juice from half of lemon , 2 table spoons of white wine, butter for frying
- Heat the butter with garlic and chili - sweat a little, not much. Add prawns (if raw - fry them until ready), and pour over lemon juice and wine.
Salt to taste. Set aside to cool down.
- Place the green leaves into a bowl, add vegetables. Top with prawns and pour over the cause.
And it's ready! Enjoy.
